ControlFloor License Purchases

We want every ControlFloor customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply send an email to contact@dryark.com with your order details (name, email, or order number). We will process your refund promptly.

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Try Before You Buy

We encourage you to evaluate ControlFloor before purchasing. The platform works without a license for automating Apple's built-in Notes app, giving you full access to all features — video streaming, Python API, keyboard automation, and system controls — at no cost. If you need more evaluation time, purchase a demo license from our shop.

Donations

Donations made to support Dry Ark LLC and our open-source projects are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that it is a gift to support our work and is not a purchase of goods or services.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
